Food recommendations: 

  • Squid tagliatelle marinated with mint and extra virgin olive oil, Siberian caviar and cucamelon

  • Seasonal wild mushroom risotto with foie gras and snails

  • Burrata's stuffed tortelli with wagyu beef cheeks ragout, fresh black truffle, Parmigiano Reggiano fondue topped with 25 years aged Balsamico

  • Wood fired gourmet pizza (Acqua Restaurant proofs their pizza dough for a minimum of 96 hours and uses 90% of natural mother yeast. The pizzas are topped with Fior di Latte Mozzarella from Agerola (Campania/Italy) and Italian tomatoes San Marzano)
