For a more casual vibe, Red Rum by the sea captures the festive spirit of Oktoberfest with an island twist, offering frothy steins, sizzling barbecued skewers, and a convivial family-style beach cookout. Meanwhile, French & Co. provides a lighter touch with exquisite, ornate mooncakes and Korean-inspired bingsu.

The festival reaches its crescendo at the iconic Pink Pearl by Olivier E., with an experience selected as a global highlight of Marriott Bonvoy Moments. For a limited number of fortunate bidders on the Marriott Bonvoy platform, Chef Olivier Elzer—whose restaurants collectively hold more than thirty Michelin stars—will present an unparalleled wine-pairing dinner alongside Resort Sommelier Gin.
