Foodies will be glad to hear that the culinary scene in Hong Kong is looking up, with new restaurant openings, dining concepts like BaseHall, and F&B events to launch in the coming months. Delicious USA is the latest opening, an annual U.S food and beverage festival which will run from July 16 to August 16, 2020. The event will be serving an expanded lineup of 25 renowned restaurants and over 40 exclusive dishes using premium U.S. ingredients.

Delicious USA is organised by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA0 Agriculture Trade Office in Hong Kong. The festival aims to highlight the quality and versatility of the U.S. food and beverage scene to serve diners with premium culinary experiences, sourced directly from America. It’s also a time to unite in the dining world and celebrate the excellent chefs, which range from American to Spanish, and Italian to Thai.
