In the basement of Jardine House, a new dining venture awaits—BaseHall, which is due to launch this June. The food hall features some of Hong Kong’s well-loved vendors including Honbo, 11 Westside, Moyo, Roti Tori, and more. We visited BaseHall for a sneak peek of the culinary venue, and to see what the hype was about.

Situated in the basement of Jardine House—which was previously home to Grapper’s Cellar for over 20 years—BaseHall has been cooking up a buzz on its social media platforms for a little while now, and it’s finally ready to launch.
The Vendors
There are ten artisanal vendors at BaseHall, some of which may already be familiar to Hong Kong diners. These include Honbo, a boutique burger joint, Roti Tori, brought to us by the same team behind Yardbird, and 11 Westside, a Mexican eatery with a cult following. There’s also TREEHOUSE, an eco-friendly and sustainable restaurant, Cô Thành for Vietnamese street food, and modern Korean at MOYO.
For the beverages, head to the local brewmasters of Hong Kong, Young Master Brewery or Mandarin Oriental’s BaseHall Bar. And last but not least, the highly-anticipated Cookie DPT will be there to host your sweet tooth cravings, post-feast.
BaseHall is due to have its soft launch on 8th June 2020 and its official launch on 15th June 2020.
