Donovan Restaurant Launches the "Long Lunch" Menu with Lallier in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Culinary aficionados in the heart of Hong Kong's vibrant Causeway Bay district are in for a treat as Donovan, the esteemed modern European restaurant, introduces its latest culinary sensation: the ‘Donovan X Lallier Long Lunch’, spearheaded by the celebrated Australian chef Donovan Cooke.



Nestled amidst the bustling streets of Causeway Bay, Donovan opened last year to critical acclaim and it quickly became a favourite in the city for its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. With the launch of the ‘Donovan X Lallier Long Lunch’, the restaurant aims to elevate the brunching experience to new heights, offering patrons an opportunity to indulge in a curated selection of signature dishes paired with free-flow quality bubbles and wines.





Priced at HK$480, the ‘Donovan X Lallier Long Lunch’ presents diners with a sumptuous 4-course menu featuring classic dishes crafted by Chef Donovan Cooke himself. Dishes include the seasonal king crab, French white asparagus, foie gras, and succulent king salmon from New Zealand.



To ensure a dynamic and ever-evolving experience, Chef Donovan will rotate the lunch menu monthly, allowing patrons to savour the freshest flavors of each season with every visit.



Unlimited Refills and Exclusive Offerings


As an added indulgence, patrons can delight in unlimited refills of signature dishes such as the steak tartare and olive oil confit salmon.


The steak tartare, featuring Australian black Angus steak, is enhanced with black garlic, horseradish, egg yolk gel, and popped tendon. Meanwhile, the olive oil confit salmon offers a modern interpretation of sous vide salmon, cooked to perfection in olive oil at 50 degrees Celsius and complemented by homemade horseradish and salmon roe.

To complement the exquisite cuisine, guests can choose from a variety of flight packages for their free-flow experience, starting from HK$180 for wine flights and HK$280 for champagne flights. For those seeking the ultimate indulgence, the Lallier Blanc de Noirs free-flow is available at HK$560.
