LONDON
Situated in an unexplored area deep in the belly of Soho, you may stumble across Three Sheets. Known exclusively to those who’ve experienced its hidden charm, or else those that are lucky enough to happen upon its unassuming signless exterior, this effortlessly stylish hideaway offers an intimate setting to savour the night one meticulously crafted cocktail at a time. With just 40-seats, Three Sheets is an understated hotspot that offers exclusivity amongst the bustle of the busy Soho streets.
With a combined 30 years of industry experience, brothers Max and Noel Venning are experts when it comes to London’s cocktail scene. Looking to step away from the hipster edge of their award-winning Dalston location, Max and Noel sought to expand their success closer into the city, with a Soho-ified sister branch. Seeing a huge gap in the market, in an area saturated with either white tablecloth-style high-end restaurants, or dive bars and clubs, the natural progression to Three Sheets Soho was born. With effortlessly chic small plates, killer cocktails and lively beats, it offers a cool and comfortable middle ground fuelled by top quality ingredients and carried by excellent service, all housed in a relaxed and friendly space open to all. Three Sheets Soho captures a uniquely collective audience, offering an inviting destination for casual catch ups with colleagues, client meetings, date nights or a bustling atmosphere for solo diners.

While the atmosphere of Three Sheets Soho differs significantly from its Dalston counterpart, the brand signature and colour palettes is a key constant between the branches. Its green interiors, white marble and wood wall panels are iconic features in both locations, preserving a sense of cool, urban simplicity and sparking familiarity for returning patrons.
However, despite this sense of continuity, Three Sheets Soho offers a wholly unique experience. With entirely new menus and a larger space, bar and banquette seating lend a more comfortable, classic feel, in contrast to the industrial charm of the established hole-in-the-wall hotspot in Dalston.
Set against a schmoozy, dimly lit backdrop and soundtracked by cool electronic disco, Three Sheets Soho is the perfect hub for meeting friends and soaking up a more refined yet lively atmosphere.

The concise menu takes cues from the ever-popular East London small plate trend but elevates it to suit its central Soho setting and the discerning clientele it attracts. The Lobster Roll is a standout: fresh, light, and finished with a zing of lemon juice, nestled in buttery-soft Texas-style toast—an instant favourite, and highly recommended. Classic bar snacks get a refined twist, too. The Mustard Fries bring a gentle kick of heat, paired with the satisfying crunch of a perfectly crisp fry. Then there are the Pitchfork Croquettes, ideal for that TikTok-worthy cheese pull—oozing with a sharp cheddar and nostalgically balanced by a sweet, familiar brown sauce.
While comforting, classic flavours underpin the menu, a touch of chic trendiness shines through, not least in a chilled plate of Maldon Oysters that are generously dressed and unapologetically elegant.

This sense of elevated familiarity continues into the drinks menu. With an emphasis on approachability, the selection may seem simple, but behind the bar is where the real magic happens. For top-tier classics in Soho, look no further. What better pairing for a chilled oyster plate than with their best-selling Dirty Martini? The Bramble is a visual showstopper, served with a clear base, a striking red dimple, and a towering ice cube. Its flavours are bold and bitter, layered with herbaceous notes to create an earthy, clean, and vibrant profile.
For fans of the creative mixology Three Sheets Dalston is known for, the Soho location doesn't disappoint. While the drinks lean more into polished minimalism, there's still plenty of flair. The Shazzaquack is a prime example: sweet yet savoury, with a robust base that somehow drinks light, delivering contrast in every sip. Sweet tooths will gravitate to the Pickled Mango Iced Tea—milky, subtly sweet, and offering an intense flavour.
Both branches remain rooted in the creative process, crafting distinct menus that promise an unforgettable wining and dining experience. At the core of the drinks offering lies the true essence of Three Sheets, a blend of precision, balance, and originality, distilled through meticulous technique.
Here, the traditional markers of indulgence—lobster, oysters, champagne, and top-tier liquors—are reimagined with an effortless cool, as luxury offerings are ordered with a laid-back, conversational style that feels both sophisticated and approachable. Premium stock is part and parcel of the Three Sheets Soho identity—Where else can you order Dom Pérignon by the glass?
Yet, what truly sets Three Sheets Soho apart is its hospitality. From the moment you step inside, you’re met with an easy warmth that instantly invites you to unwind. Here, luxury isn’t about fuss or formality. It’s about great food, expertly crafted drinks, and the kind of genuine, relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer. Quality time, done right.
