KEF! Brings Meditative Lines to Life at BeCandle Sai Kung

This December, Sai Kung’s quiet streets will hum with creativity as German artist KEF! completes a live mural on the façade of BeCandle, transforming the shopfront into a canvas of flowing, harmonious lines. The unveiling, on December 11th, marks the launch of a unique collaboration that fuses visual art, scent, and daily ritual.

KEF! is known for his signature line work — a visual language that embodies peace, energy, and reflection. From London to Los Angeles to Qatar, his meditative strokes have captivated audiences, and now Hong Kong will experience his artistry in a form that engages both the eyes and the senses.

This collaboration extends beyond the mural. BeCandle’s artisans have translated KEF!’s vision into a limited-edition scented collection — candles, room sprays, and aroma hang tags — that echo the calming cadence of his art. Notes of bergamot, eucalyptus, lavender, patchouli, cedarwood, and sandalwood evoke a sense of quiet contemplation, inviting a mindful pause in the rhythm of everyday life.

The story of this partnership is deeply anchored in place. KEF! discovered BeCandle in Sai Kung after a formative moment on Hong Kong’s waters during a dragon boat race in Guangzhou. The serene landscape and shimmering shoreline inspired the flowing harmony now reflected both in his mural and the scent collection.

On the day, guests will witness KEF!’s process firsthand, meet the artist, and explore a collection that celebrates the intersection of art, craft, and mindfulness.
