This is another personal favourite. From the moment you walk in, the bright, modern environment and friendly nurse sets the tone. The cat section on the 2nd floor also makes it easier for those with felines. Our experience at Paws and Tails is always stress-free and positive, specifically with Dr. Ryan Cheung, who always provides a comprehensive consultation and is happy to talk through your questions and concerns with a smile. He took time to explain every detail, answer our endless questions without a hint of rush, and treated our pet with genuine affection and respect. Dr. Cheung’s approach is thorough and transparent; he walks you through his thought process, discusses all possible treatment options without pressure, and ensures you leave feeling informed and confident. As a charitable institution, the SPCA provides an essential and invaluable service to Hong Kong's pet community. Their network of clinics offers accessible and high-quality care. The SPCA vets are incredibly dedicated and experienced, often dealing with a wide variety of cases. While prices are generally more accessible, the standard of care does not compromise. Appointments can be in high demand, but the wait is often worth it for the professional and compassionate treatment.
