Helmed by veteran Esther Sham, Ta Pantry is a private kitchen and dining room that caters to Hong Kong's discerning diners. The space recently launched its Le Japonais seasonal menu in time for Autumn – here's what to expect:
Nestled within Maison ES, Ta Pantry combines French fine dining with international influences, and in this case, a touch of Japanese fare. Its sleek, contemporary interiors feel welcoming from the moment you enter, like something out of the French Renaissance era.
The new menu combines expert French dining with Japanese ingredients and meticulous cooking methods to curate a menu that delights and surprises the taste buds. Dishes are a mix of Esther Sham's cult classics as well as innovative spins on familiar childhood favourites.
