Ta Pantry Le Japonais Menu

Nestled within Maison ES, Ta Pantry combines French fine dining with international influences, and in this case, a touch of Japanese fare. Its sleek, contemporary interiors feel welcoming from the moment you enter, like something out of the French Renaissance era.

The new menu combines expert French dining with Japanese ingredients and meticulous cooking methods to curate a menu that delights and surprises the taste buds. Dishes are a mix of Esther Sham's cult classics as well as innovative spins on familiar childhood favourites.

On the menu:

Yellowfin Tuna Akami Ceviche, crowned with bafun uni, sugar snap peas & crispy ibérico ham, shiso oil & konbu whey sauce

Maitake, soy glazed then charred, bathed in tamago custard & black truffle foie gras emulsion

Japanese Black Abalone, slow-cooked in konbu then sautéed, served on handcrafted wakame fettuccine tossed in abalone liver sauce, topped with velvety beurre blanc, chives & premium oscietra

Kagoshima Short Rib 2 Ways, pan fried, katsu, served with texture of edamame, mizuna, wasabi, garlic chips & black garlic jus

Crêpe, Tata’s Favorite Way, filled with smooth chestnut purée, accompanied by chewy mochi, Nespresso fluid gel, Okinawa black sugar syrup & hojicha ice cream
