Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's Madison Square Garden wedding weekend has turned New York into the site of the most-watched celebrity nuptials in years — and one of the biggest lingering questions is who's standing next to Taylor when she says "I do." With roughly 1,000 guests reportedly expected for the Friday, July 3 celebration, speculation over her bridal party has become its own cottage industry, complete with real-money betting markets.

Here's everyone currently in the mix, based on reporting from outlets tracking the wedding and the odds being set on prediction platforms like Kalshi and Polymarket.

The Frontrunner: Abigail Anderson Berard

If there's one lock, it's Abigail Anderson Berard, Swift's best friend since their freshman year of high school in Hendersonville, Tennessee. She's the "Abigail" immortalised in Swift's 2008 song "Fifteen" and referenced again in 2025's "Ruin the Friendship." Prediction markets have consistently placed her odds of being a bridesmaid — or maid of honour — above 80%, and outlets covering the wedding describe her as the sentimental favourite for the top spot in the bridal party.

Selena Gomez

Gomez is widely described as the closest thing Swift has to a sister in the entertainment industry, with a friendship dating back to their teenage years. Multiple outlets have named her as one of the few women already confirmed to be part of the bridal party. Swift attended Gomez's own wedding last year, adding a full-circle element fans are already anticipating will be mirrored in photos from this weekend.

Gigi Hadid

Hadid, a member of Swift's long-running friend circle and a co-star in the "Bad Blood" music video, has also been named as a confirmed bridesmaid by multiple entertainment outlets. She's considered one of the "OG squad" members who has stayed close to Swift for over a decade.

Ashley Avignone

Avignone, a close friend and longtime member of Swift's inner circle, consistently ranks in the top tier of betting-market odds alongside Anderson Berard and Gomez, and is frequently mentioned by entertainment reporters as a likely presence in the bridal party.

Other Names in the Conversation

Reporting and betting markets have also floated:

  • Emma Stone — a close friend of Swift's.

  • Lena Dunham — Swift stood by her side when Dunham got married, and industry watchers expect the favour to be returned.

  • The Haim sisters — members of the band Haim, longtime friends and recent Swift collaborators.

  • Zoë Kravitz — reported to have received an invitation despite past rumours of a falling-out with Swift.

  • Kylie Kelce — Travis's sister-in-law, who could take on a bridal-party role from the groom's side of the guest list.

Who's Reportedly Out

Not every friendship has survived. Blake Lively, once a close Swift confidante and the director of one of her music videos, is reportedly unlikely to attend following her legal dispute with Justin Baldoni, a saga that pulled Swift's name into the headlines. The two have not been photographed together publicly since. Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Sperry, were also reported to be left off the list after a reported falling-out with Swift.

Could There Be No Bridesmaids at All?

At least one report has floated the theory that Swift may forgo a traditional bridal party altogether, citing the near-impossible task of narrowing down a friend group that spans two decades of pop culture — from the "Junior Jewels" era to the Eras Tour. If that's the case, expect any "snubs" narrative to be quickly walked back once official photos, if any are released, start circulating.
