Heimat, helmed by Chef Peter Find of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Group opened his first independent venture in LKF Tower, redefining German food in Hong Kong. The restaurant aims to shake up the local dining scene with redefined German cuisine.

In Central's historical Tai Kwun, next door to sister restaurant The Chinese Library, Aqua Restaurant Group launches the cool and modern Italian restaurant Cantina, which will focus on simple and flavoursome ingredients, seasonally inspired dishes, and reinvented Italian classics.
