Hong Kong Hypnotherapist Sonia Samtani Brings 'Be Your Own Master' Level 1 Back This August

All About You, the Sheung Wan-based wellness and hypnotherapy centre founded by Sonia Samtani, is running the first level of its flagship self-development programme, Be Your Own Master, over three days this August — a foundation course built around identifying the subconscious patterns that quietly run people's daily lives.


Sonia Samtani is the founder and managing director of All About You, and has worked in hypnotherapy, coaching, and regression therapy since 2005. She's a licensed clinical hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy and NLP trainer, and has been recognised with awards including Hong Kong's Women of Power and Wellness Entrepreneur of the Year, alongside a Best Hypnotherapist honour from regional publications. Samtani has also spoken twice at TEDx events and serves as a senior mentor to motivational coach Tony Robbins. Over roughly two decades of practice, All About You states she has worked with more than 40,000 clients on issues ranging from anxiety and limiting beliefs to phobias and trauma.



What the Course Covers


Be Your Own Master Level 1 — subtitled "Get Unstuck" — is positioned as the entry point into a wider three-level curriculum, aimed at people who want to understand what's actually driving their behaviour rather than continuing to chase short-term wins without addressing what sits underneath them. The course promises participants a deep look at how the mind operates, what shapes behaviour on autopilot, how people show up in relationships, and the connection between mental and physical health.


Topics covered across the three days include how stress is created and stored, how beliefs and limiting beliefs are formed, how affirmations work, communication and listening styles, the roles people default to in relationships, psycho-social stages of development, and a specific tool aimed at reducing and clearing emotional charges. The centre frames the course as foundational: by the end of the three days, participants are expected to walk away understanding aspects of themselves they hadn't previously identified.




The Details


The Level 1 session runs Friday to Sunday, 21–23 August 2026, from 10am to 6pm HKT each day, in a hybrid format that allows for both in-person and remote participation. Pricing is set at HK$5,200 for Level 1, with a HK$450-per-day refresher rate for past participants, or HK$14,500 for all three levels of the Be Your Own Master series bundled together.


Level 1 sets up the foundation for Level 2, "Redesign Your Identity," and Level 3, "Surrender to Your Purpose," which go further into rebuilding identity and exploring a deeper sense of meaning, respectively.
