What to Know About Tallulah Willis' New Husband, Justin Acee

Tallulah Willis, the youngest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, is officially married. She wed musician Justin Acee on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in an intimate ceremony in Sun Valley, Idaho — capping off a relationship that began in early 2023.

Who Is Justin Acee?

Acee is a musician originally from Buffalo, New York, where he was exposed to music from a young age. Before his relationship with Willis brought him further into the public eye, he played drums for the Buffalo-based band Made Violent. He's currently "1/2 of Destroyed by Moths" according to his Instagram page.

The Relationship Timeline

Willis and Acee's relationship dates back to early 2023, gradually becoming public through social media posts and appearances together at family events, including the Autism Speaks Los Angeles Gala in October 2024. Willis announced their engagement on Instagram on December 23, 2024, sharing photos of an elaborate proposal set up with rose petals and candles, captioning the post simply, "Everyday." Acee later described the proposal as "a team effort" in his own posts documenting the moment.

By the time they married in August 2026, the couple had been together more than three years.

The Wedding

The ceremony took place in Sun Valley, Idaho, with Willis wearing a custom Balenciaga couture gown designed by the house's creative director, Pierpaolo Piccioli — one of the only wedding dresses he has designed since taking on the role. The gown reportedly required 712 hours of work in total, including roughly 60 hours of hand-beading individual organza petals and 405 hours of construction and alterations, with the veil alone accounting for another nine hours. The dress's neckline was inspired by a black Balenciaga sheath Demi Moore wore to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party earlier this year, and Willis developed the overall look alongside Moore's longtime stylist, Brad Goreski.

Willis was joined for her final fitting by her mother and both of her sisters, Rumer and Scout, ahead of the wedding. Speaking about the dress, Willis described it as central to the emotional weight of the day, tying the design to her own long journey toward self-acceptance.

Before her relationship with Acee, Willis was previously engaged to director Dillon Buss. She has also spoken publicly in recent years about being diagnosed with autism, crediting lessons from her father with helping her navigate the experience.
