Central’s 1111 ONES Restaurant & Lounge has long been the talk of the town — not just for its jaw-dropping Antelope Canyon-inspired interiors, but also for being Hong Kong’s only contemporary Italian-French fine dining venue to clinch the Gold Award for Best Overall Restaurant at the prestigious Restaurant & Bar Design Awards. Now, until 31 May 2026, Executive Chef Chris Chan is making midday in Central worth the detour with a Spring 5‑Course Set Lunch Menu, HK$448 per person.

From the first bite of house-made ricotta with warm artisan bread — unlimited, naturally — you’re introduced to Chef Chan’s philosophy: meticulous technique meets fresh, seasonal ingredients, each plate a testament to his Italian-French pedigree. The ricotta itself is a creamy marvel, kissed with 12-year-old balsamic and fragrant rosemary from the restaurant’s own farm, making even a simple slice of warm bread feel like a revelation.

Starters range from the delicate sweetness of Crab Croquettes — each one made from half a local crab, fried to golden perfection and lifted with salsa rosso and Cajun tartar — to the umami elegance of Wagyu Carpaccio, adorned with caviar, 30-month Parmigiano, and peppery arugula. There’s even a classic Caesar salad, elevated with house-smoked bacon and organic greens from the restaurant’s own farm.

Soups and mains continue the narrative of refinement. Grilled Ox Tongue arrives with French beans, buttery mashed potatoes, and a vibrant chimichurri; the Seared Duck Breast pairs succulent meat with mushroom risotto, spinach, and a glossy black cherry jus; and for those craving a touch of nostalgia, Linguine Gamberoni — Sicilian red prawns with cherry tomato and aglio olio — can be upgraded for HK$328 (original price HK$820), a rare chance to taste one of Chef Chan’s signature dishes without breaking the bank.

And let’s not forget dessert: the classic Tiramisù, presented tableside in a grand container, invites diners to dig in with a large spoon, revealing layers of mascarpone and coffee-soaked ladyfingers, crowned with toasted crumbs for a subtle crunch.
Beyond the food, 1111 ONES is sweetening the deal with its “Spend HK$448 at Lunch, Enjoy HK$448 Off at Dinner” offer. Each guest who enjoys the new Spring 5‐Course Set Lunch Menu will receive one HK$448 cash voucher. With this cash voucher, guests can enjoy HK$448 off during dinner at 1111 ONES when each guest at the same table spends HK$1,288 or above on à la carte dishes (before 10% service charge) or orders the Dinner Tasting Menu (HK$1,288 per person).
