With the sakura blossoming to herald the much-anticipated flower season, Mott 32 Hong Kong unveils its Spring Cherry Blossom Set Menu for a limited period. Exclusively available in April for HKD980 per person, this menu offers diners a unique opportunity to explore the distinctive flavours of the cherished Cherry Blossom through Chinese cuisine. For a peak, the main courses feature Seared Hokkaido Scallop in Rice Paper, Pan-Fried Chicken and Minced Prawn with Broccolini, Water Chestnut and Coriander, and a Wagyu Beef Fried Rice with Shrimp, Asparagus and Spring Onion. The restaurant has also launched its spring/summer 2024 menu which includes highlights like the Wok-Fried South Australian Lobster Meat with Morel and Scallion (HKD1980) and the Steamed Giant Coral Garoupa with Chencun Rice Roll, Chili and Soy (HKD1680 for 900g).
