HONG KONG
Carlyle & Co. has opened a second location in Hong Kong as part of its fifth anniversary, extending its membership model across two sites in the city. The original Tsim Sha Tsui club will now be known as Harbour Club. The new location, Town Club, opens in Central within New World Tower. The expansion introduces a dual-site structure under a single membership, giving members access to both locations.

Two locations, different functions
Harbour Club continues as the Tsim Sha Tsui venue. Town Club operates in Central’s business district.
The two spaces are positioned to serve different usage patterns. Harbour Club is positioned for longer stays and lower-density use. Town Club is positioned for daytime access, dining, and member activity in Central. Members retain access to both under one membership.

Town Club, Central
Town Club occupies 18,000 sq ft across 24 floors of New World Tower on Queen’s Road Central.
The space includes three dining concepts:
Chez Nous – contemporary French dining
Teak House – Southeast Asian cuisine
Yakumo – 10-seat kaiseki counter
Additional food and beverage spaces include:
The Cave – wine cellar with over 500 labels
Whisky Box – collection of over 300 whiskies and spirits
The Alcoves – private rooms for dining and events

Membership structure
Membership remains by application and referral from an existing member. All applications are reviewed by a membership committee. The club states its focus is not defined by profession or age group, but by shared interest and participation in its community. Members now receive access to both Harbour Club and Town Club under a single membership structure.

The expansion continues Carlyle & Co.’s model of private club operation in Hong Kong, with emphasis on member programming and multi-space access rather than a single flagship venue. With the addition of Town Club, the brand operates across two locations in Hong Kong’s Central and Tsim Sha Tsui districts.
