What's New in Hong Kong Dining in June 2026

Twist Pasta Bar — New Weekend Lunch & Seasonal Menu

Bridges Street's beloved Italian-local hybrid has launched its first-ever weekend lunch (Saturdays and Sundays, 12–2.30pm), with a sharing-style set at HK$280 per person covering starters, pasta, and an off-menu Iced Affogato to finish. Head Chef Ben Sears has also refreshed the seasonal menu with standout new dishes: a Burrata with "Smacked Cucumber" salad using a Chinese technique to maximise the garlic-sesame dressing, and a Trottole with locally sourced clams, 'nduja, and Thai basil that's already a strong contender for dish of the season. Free-flow upgrades available from HK$198 (non-alcoholic) or HK$228.

Nobu Hong Kong — Tuna Premium Omakase

Throughout June, Nobu at the Regent is spotlighting peak-season tuna from Shizuoka — at this time of year the fish are at their most active and yield leaner, more refined flesh. The Tuna Premium Omakase (HK$1,888/person) features rare cuts including tuna cheek in the Yonten Mori four-selection sashimi platter, alongside A5 Wagyu with Goma Ponzu and an Omakase Sushi Selection with clear soup. A Tuna Cutting Ceremony on June 25 adds a theatrical flourish to round out the month.

Hutong — Red Lantern Series: Occasionally Fiery

Running until June 28, Hutong's limited-time Red Lantern menu pays tribute to the Guizhou chilli that first put the restaurant on the map. Six curated courses trace the depth of Sichuan spice — from the original Crispy Soft-shell Crab with Sichuan Dried Chilli to Lau Fau Shan Oysters in Sichuan Chilli Pepper Broth, Flaming Wagyu Beef Char Siu, and Crispy Lobster, all presented in the restaurant's signature lantern baskets. Fiery, theatrical, and unmistakably Hutong.

Giando — 12th Anniversary Menu

Giando, the Italian restaurant founded by chef Gianni Caprioli, is now entering its 12th anniversary at the Star Street Location. To celebrate, chef Caprioli is offering a limited-time 12th Anniversary Menu (HK$1,188), allowing diners to enjoy six signature dishes from June 1 to August 31. First comes the classic Gazpacho, a refreshing cold soup to whet the palate. The second course, Piatto Di Antipasti, is a hidden item at Giando and is now available to try. It’s a selection platter featuring four distinct types of Italian antipasti, offering guests a little bit of everything. Make room for the third course, the Duo Di Primi, which presents two types of pasta. The next is a choice of two mains, Patagonian Toothfish with Clam Broth and Sicilian Cherry or Lamb Rack with Artichokes, followed by a satisfying dessert, Coconut Sorbet with mango. Diners enjoying the special menu can also opt for Italian wine pairings (HK$588 per person). The sommelier team has curated Italian wines for four of the courses.

Embla — New Summer Menu

Chef Jim Löfdahl's Nordic kitchen in Sheung Wan is back with a summer menu that's quiet confidence on a plate. Highlights include seared and pickled mackerel with confit turnip and tomato essence, steamed cod with clams and mushroom garum velouté, and Wagyu A4 with pickled burdock, horseradish, and pine sauce. Dinner is priced at HK$1,288 per person, with optional Nordic wine pairings at HK$1,188.

Pici — 10th Anniversary x Napoli Matfia Collaboration

Hong Kong's beloved handmade pasta chain is celebrating a decade with a bang: a collaboration with Napoli Matfia, winner of Netflix's Culinary Class Wars. The festivities kick off with a free public market at PMQ on June 27 (12–7pm) featuring pasta-making stations, a live chef demo, and a Young Pasta Chef Competition. The limited-edition collaboration menu — including Tagliolini Sicilian Prawn Tartare e Bottarga (HK$180) and Pici White Poultry Ragu & Truffle (HK$160) — then rolls out across all Pici locations from July 1 for the whole month.

What's New in the Hong Kong Bar Scene in June 2026

Maggie Choo's — New 10-Cocktail Menu

Celebrating its third anniversary, Maggie Choo's has launched a brand-new cocktail menu under newly appointed Head of Cocktail Programme Abim Malla. Drawing on 1920s intrigue and East-meets-West cultural exchange, the 10-drink range runs from the clarified Maggie's Martini (gin, English breakfast tea, white peach) to the theatrical Remains of Mystery — a gin and umeshu plum sour served in a Chinese ceramic cup with table-side smoke. Each cocktail is priced at HK$168. The venue's fourth cabaret season, "Becoming Her", runs every Thursday from 9.30pm — no cover charge.

Cassio Social Club — Silver Tray Society (Every Wednesday)

Cassio has launched a weekly Wednesday night concept that leans hard into nostalgia: live-grilled premium burgers and martinis served from a roving silver trolley, packaged in custom happy meal boxes. Choose your tier — The Small, The Medium, or The Large — and settle in for scratch cards, a photobooth, and exclusive guest bartenders. Silly, fun, and very Cassio.

The Pontiac — Pride Month Rainbow Road Tour

The Pontiac — Hong Kong's legendary rock-and-roll dive bar and a seven-year fixture on the Asia's 50 Best Bars list — is kicking off its Rainbow Road Tour for Pride Month: a series of regional bar takeovers and cross-border collaborations bringing top-tier talent together under one roof. GM and Partner Jen Queen leads the charge. No rainbow-washing here — just genuine community, great cocktails, and the rebellious spirit the bar was built on. Check their socials for the full event calendar.

Draft Land x Monkey Shoulder — Monkey Old Fashioned Campaign

Running until June 25 at Draft Land Causeway Bay, this month-long collaboration puts a playful spin on the Old Fashioned using Monkey Shoulder blended Scotch. Three limited-time cocktails — Funky Monkey, Stoic Monkey, and Warrior Monkey — are served on tap in Draft Land's signature format. A fun, approachable entry point into the classics for those who prefer their cocktails without the fuss.

Flower Years at Eaton HK — World Cup Pregame Beer Party

Ahead of the World Cup, Eaton's Flower Years is throwing a one-night beer party on June 26 (6–11pm) with three hours of free-flow including HK Beer Co.'s limited Goooal! Happy Rice Lager, Stella Artois, and Budweiser on draft, plus bar snacks, a live DJ, and football mini-games including juggling competitions and shooting challenges. Early bird tickets at HK$285/person until June 25 — HK$325 at the door.

Frank's Summer Lounge

Frank's opens its rooftop for the season on Sunday 7 June with an Afternoon Escape from 4pm. DJ Crystal is on the decks — funk, soul, jazz, disco and sunset grooves — Perrier-Jouët champagne is included, and golden hour does the rest. Best for groups.
