Presented in collaboration with Veuve Clicquot, Chandon Garden Spritz, Eminente Rum, Belvedere Vodka, and Don Julio Tequila, the launch event promises a flavour-packed menu of craft cocktails — think cucumber-laced Belvedere Vodka in the “Aeris”, tomato-essence tequila in the “Terra Rosa”, and a spiced citrus “Isla de Fuego” with Eminente Rum.

Guests can keep the summer vibes going with Spritzy Hour every evening from 5–7pm, featuring free-flow drinks at HK$298 from Monday to Thursday, and HK$388 from Friday to Sunday.
