The Great Chefs of Hong Kong

After a long-awaited 5-year hiatus, The Great Chefs of Hong Kong charity event returns on May 6, 2024 at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Nearly 50 chefs from top hotels and restaurants join to raise funds for the Heep Hong Society, celebrating its 60th anniversary. The event offers guests signature dishes from renowned and award-winning restaurants including Michelin starred Forum (3 stars), Octavium (2 stars), Feuille (1 star and 1 green star), Ming Court (1 star) and Vea (1 star), paired with premium beverages, showcasing Hong Kong's culinary diversity.

Margarita x Testina Four-Hand Event

On the 2nd of May for lunch and the 3rd of May for lunch and dinner, Testina presents the Margarita x Testina Four-Hand Event featuring chefs Margarita Forés and Marco Xodo. This unique dining experience combines Filipino and Italian culinary traditions. Margarita Forés, known for revolutionizing Filipino cuisine with her authentic Italian restaurant Cibo in 1997, brings her expertise to the 8-course menu. Priced at $988 per person, the menu is a fusion of rich flavours and techniques with dishes like "Bopis" Pork Offal Ragu, Pappardelle, 36 months Parmesan Fondue, Chicharon Crumble and Duck Roll "Porchetta Style", Adobo Sauce, Artichoke Mint, Fava Beans, Green Peas.
