HONG KONG
EstheClinic, Hong Kong's number one aesthetic clinic with two decades of experience, is running a buy-one-get-one promotion on EstheCryo, its non-surgical fat freezing treatment, which the clinic positions as the only pain-free version of the procedure currently available.

How Fat Freezing Works
EstheCryo is built on cryolipolysis, a technology that applies intense, localised cold to targeted areas of the body in order to damage fat cells beneath the skin. Once damaged, those cells are gradually broken down and cleared out through the body's natural lymphatic drainage system over the following weeks, rather than being removed surgically.
Where EstheClinic says its version differs from typical cryolipolysis treatments on the market is comfort. Most fat-freezing procedures rely on strong, continuous suction to draw fatty tissue into the treatment head, which tends to cause moderate to significant discomfort that can last for weeks afterward. EstheCryo instead uses a gradual suction method that draws the tissue up more slowly, which the clinic says removes most of the pain typically associated with the treatment. The treated area also becomes numb within 8 to 10 minutes of starting, further reducing sensation for the remainder of the session.

What a Session Looks Like
A single EstheCryo session runs about an hour and can treat multiple areas of the body at once. The clinic reports that results are typically visible after just one treatment, with a reduction of up to 30% of fat cells in the treated area over time. Because the fat cells are cleared gradually through the lymphatic system, full results take four to six weeks to appear, and a second session can be booked around a month after the first for clients looking for further reduction.
Downtime is minimal. Aside from some mild tingling or a pins-and-needles sensation as nerves in the treated skin recover, EstheClinic notes there are no restrictions on activity afterward — clients can reportedly go straight into a workout or a swim following treatment.

Where It's Typically Used
Cryolipolysis treatments like EstheCryo are generally suited to stubborn, localised fat deposits rather than overall weight loss. Commonly treated areas include the abdomen, back, hips, inner thighs, buttocks, and lower back or "saddlebag" area.
The clinic also notes that EstheCryo can be paired with other treatments depending on a client's goals — its Lipo Laser treatment for further inch loss and body contouring, or its Cellulite Buster RF Vacuum treatment for skin tightening and reducing the appearance of cellulite.

Consultation and Pricing
New clients start with a free consultation, where a consultant reviews the client's concerns, examines the skin, and checks for any contraindications — such as allergies, existing skin injuries, or other ongoing medical treatments — before recommending a treatment plan.
EstheCryo is priced at HK$3,900 per applicator, with a current buy-one-get-one-free promotion effectively halving the per-area cost for clients treating more than one zone. Package rates are also available.
