Set within an ambient dining space, Chef Cooke's menu seeks to redefine the traditional fine-dining experience, underpinned by years of culinary wisdom, expertise, and dedication.

The arrival of autumn breezes calls for the return of Mott 32's beloved hairy crab menu. From the 1st of November until the 12th of December, Executive Chef Lee Man Sing has crafted a mouth-watering selection of dishes to showcase the annual season of hairy crabs. The luxurious collection offers Traditional Steamed Whole Hairy Crab; Hairy Crab Roe & Minced Pork Shanghainese Soup Dumpling; Deep-Fried Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Hairy Crab Roe, Sesame; and Sesame; Treasure Bag Dumping with Hairy Crab Roe.

This month marks the 5th Anniversary of LPM Restaurant & Bar in Hong Kong, and there is no better celebration than a new time-limited menu that highlights its roots in Southern French recipes. The signature dishes curated by Chef Maurizio take inspiration from the rich coastal area and feature Undressed Crab with Cucumber Gazpacho; Wild Sea Bream Tartare with Yuzu; LPM Bouillabaisse; and Lobster Linguini Pasta.
