Led by Executive Chef Stephan Joubert, the culinary team at Honjo has dedicated their craft to elevating the art of Japanese Cuisine. TokyoLima
TokyoLima is Hong Kong's first Nikkei restaurant and bar that serves a harmonious and innovative fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. The Optimist
Located over 3 floors in Wan Chai, this Asador-inspired restaurant and Barcelona bar is all about grilling and smiling. FUMI's A4 Miyazaki Beef & Snow Crab Leg Brunch is as extravagant and luxurious as it sounds. Tokio Joe
Tokio Joe is the home to Chef Wah and the original Japanese restaurant of Lan Kwai Fong. Since its establishment in 1995 as one of the town's first Omakase restaurants, this city's icon still glows brightly today. Behind the sushi counter, the proficient chef executes his innovative and masterful craft with traditional sushi and sashimi.
